The menu celebrates the very best of festive gastronomy, elegantly presented and seasonally inspired, all served within the magnificent setting of a semi-private Ritz dining room.

HOW DO I JOIN THE MONTHLY ONLINE GROUP Q&A SESSION? WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?
The Monthly Online Group Q&A Sessions are delivered via Zoom. Students must download Zoom to their computer or smartphone to join the call, but they don't need a Zoom account.
The schedule will be released to students one month in advance. All calls will be recorded and uploaded to the training website within 24 hours so you can watch the replay at your leisure.
IS THIS A TRAIN THE TRAINER COURSE?
No, this is not a Train the Trainer Certification Programme, and using the materials for professional use is strictly prohibited.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Full payment is required to secure your place at any in-person course or event. Due to the limited number of places on our in-person Etiquette courses in London, no refunds or transfers can be offered. Please ensure you are confident you can attend the course before registering.

Emma has been trained and certified as an Etiquette Coach to the highest standard in the UK.
She has worked in the etiquette and protocol sector for over ten years and has coached over 500 clients from 48 countries through her in-person courses in London and online programmes.
I'M NOT INTERESTED IN LEARNING ABOUT BRITISH ETIQUETTE; DOES THIS MATTER?
Yes, it does. Emma is a British Etiquette Coach, and the tuition is focused on English manners and customs along with British etiquette.
However, the programme doesn't focus solely on etiquette skills; it also teaches women how to be elegant, confident, and poised with good manners, a universal skill.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I COMPLETE THE COURSE?
At the end of your course, you will be granted access to our comprehensive online training platform and all the benefits that our online community enjoy.
