You will also develop the skill of moving confidently through a room, excusing yourself politely, and following up in a way that feels natural, respectful, and effective.

Presence and confidence through deportment and body language.
This module explores the relationship between deportment, body language, and quiet authority. You will develop an understanding of why posture and movement matter so profoundly, and how they influence both perception and self-confidence.
Instruction focuses on standing and sitting with poise in social and professional settings, navigating lifts with discretion, and moving with ease when ascending and descending stairs.
Guidance is also given on entering and exiting a vehicle gracefully, ensuring your physical presence reflects composure, dignity, and refinement in every setting.

At 1 PM, Emma will escort you to The Ritz Hotel, London, where you will savour a three-course luncheon within the two Michelin-star restaurant to practice your dining etiquette skills. This experience is included in the course price.

At 1.30 PM, you will be given a 30-minute break, followed by your graduation and the presentation of a framed certificate of completion.

You will explore the tradition of British Afternoon Tea, including its origins and the history of tea, as well as the principles of correct service and presentation.
Appropriate attire, the structure of a traditional tea, and the etiquette surrounding sandwiches, scones, and pâtisserie are addressed with clarity. The module concludes with a guided tea-tasting experience, allowing you to appreciate flavour, ritual, and restraint as you enjoy this enduring British custom with confidence and poise.
