Early Career
Emma was born and raised amidst the picturesque countryside of Gloucestershire, England. After completing her finance examinations in 2002, she relocated to London, embarking on a distinguished career as a financial adviser in the City of London.
Over time, as her professional relationships deepened, Emma gained valuable insights into the challenges her international clients faced in understanding British culture and its nuances.
Becoming a British Etiquette Expert
Inspired to make a meaningful difference, Emma transitioned into the field of etiquette education. She began her journey to becoming a British Etiquette Expert with The English Manner, earning her British Etiquette Consultant Certification.
Emma then worked with the organisation on a consultancy basis for three years, representing them internationally in Shanghai, Beijing, and Nanchang. During this time, she also had the honour of developing and delivering a bespoke training programme for the staff of the prestigious luxury brand Fendi at their Rome headquarters.
Founding The Emma Dupont School of Etiquette
In 2015, Emma founded The Emma Dupont School of Etiquette in London with a mission to coach and mentor ladies from around the world in the art of British etiquette and personal refinement. Since then, she has guided over 500 individuals from 48 countries, offering expert instruction in British social and business etiquette as well as cross-cultural understanding.
