Course Syllabus
The course begins promptly at 10 AM. There will be a fifteen-minute break in both the morning and afternoon, with refreshments available throughout the day.
At 1:00 PM, Emma will escort you to a quintessentially British restaurant where you will enjoy a one-course luncheon designed to refine your dining etiquette skills. This exclusive experience, including soft beverages, is fully included in the course fee.

HOW DO I JOIN THE MONTHLY ONLINE GROUP Q&A SESSION? WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T MAKE IT?
The Monthly Online Group Q&A Sessions are delivered via Zoom. Students must download Zoom to their computer or smartphone to join the call, but they don't need a Zoom account.
The schedule will be released to students one month in advance. All calls will be recorded and uploaded to the training website within 24 hours so you can watch the replay at your leisure.
IS THIS A TRAIN THE TRAINER COURSE?
No, this is not a Train the Trainer Certification Programme, and using the materials for professional use is strictly prohibited.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Full payment is required to secure your place at any in-person course or event. Due to the limited number of places on our in-person Etiquette courses in London, no refunds or transfers can be offered. Please ensure you are confident you can attend the course before registering.
