I had the great privilege to attend the Lady’s Three-Day British Etiquette & Empowerment Course with my young adult daughter and two other very inspirational women. Mrs. Dupont immediately set the tone for the course with the perfect combination of ease and professionalism which allowed each of us to be open and learn in a personalized, comfortable and trusting environment. Our learning started individually but quickly grew into a transformative group experience, learning, growing and inspiring each other.

"I am blown away by the quality of the online course and by Emma's unique approach to etiquette and elegance. I had the good fortune of completing both (i) the Online Etiquette and Empowerment Course, and (ii) a two day one-on-one private coaching session with Emma which focused on the modules that were my highest priorities.
I can honestly say that both of my experiences exceeded expectations. The online course is detailed and imparts a great deal of information. Moreover, the modules are wonderfully formatted (with videos, pictures, notes, and quizzes along the way) so that the student is in the best position to retain the information. For somebody who is short on time or who lives abroad, rest assured that the online course will teach you A LOT!
However, in-person is where Emma truly shines. Not only does she exude elegance, but she is so authentic and personable -- I felt as though our time together just flew by! She did not make me feel as though I needed to "present" myself as somebody different from who I am. Our sessions together included a mix of note-taking, role-playing, and videotaping. These materials are now a treasure for me, as I can often revisit them to remind myself of the concepts covered.
Participating in this course and meeting Emma has truly been a highlight of my 6 months in London. Despite the ongoing pandemic and evolving regulations, Emma remained professional and patient throughout the process, doing everything she could to arrange a solution for us. I am so grateful to her and look forward to keeping in touch as I carry her lessons onward!

"I wasn’t sure at first if I wanted to take Emma Dupont’s courses, as they are an investment—but I can confidently say they were absolutely worth it. I attended only her online courses (not in person), and I was impressed by how comprehensive and engaging the content was. I appreciated that the programs were tailored specifically for women, so we could focus entirely on ladies’ etiquette without spending time on men's protocol.
The online pre-recorded courses I took were the Ladies Etiquette Course, Ladies Business Etiquette, British Engagement & Wedding Etiquette, Ladies Competent Conversation, and Ladies International Etiquette. Each one offered incredible insight and depth.
Emma is truly a wealth of knowledge—not only in etiquette, but also in communication, personal presentation, and navigating interpersonal relationships. I also appreciated the 8 private Zoom calls that came with the gold-level version of the program. During those sessions, she answered my questions about the course material, and we did role-playing exercises for interviews and social scenarios. Her tailored feedback was both practical and eye-opening.
Another great feature of the program is the monthly FAQ sessions with current students. I’ve really enjoyed attending those live, and the video recordings of past sessions have been extremely helpful. It’s a wonderful way to reinforce the lessons, hear others’ questions, and continue learning in a supportive community.
Emma’s approach is polished yet approachable, and she has a real gift for helping others feel more confident and prepared in all kinds of situations. I learned so much about British etiquette, cultural awareness, and how to carry myself with greater confidence and grace. I highly recommend her courses to anyone interested in self-improvement, etiquette, or simply becoming the best version of themselves.

"Like most who are interested in an etiquette course, I felt that there were gaps in my understanding of refined human interaction which I hadn't learned growing up, but would be very useful in my professional and personal life. I decided to contact Emma because the focus in her teaching seemed to be on practicality rather than a pure appreciation for tradition.
Last week, I attended a one-on-one business etiquette course with Emma, and it far exceeded my expectations. Emma is not just an expert in etiquette, but also in human behavior at large. She is warm, funny, and a fantastic, results-oriented teacher. There was no stuffiness or coldness during her course, it was a fantastic, fascinating, and fun day, full of laughs and noticeable, same-day improvements in my deportment and dining skills. After Emma's course, I felt empowered, and more self-assured in my interactions with others as I operate within the "etiquette framework" throughout them.
I would've spent another week learning from Emma if I could- but, luckily, after our course she offered access to her recorded online courses, which are refreshers on the topics we discussed, but with more details given that she tailors each in-person course to the needs of the individual.
Emma's great teaching skills may have something to do with her honesty about being an introvert who has also taken etiquette courses (which I would've never guessed). This perspective is essential as she can uniquely understand the concerns of one who is struggling with these skills, and guide them on the most efficacious route towards not just improved etiquette skills, but also better communication skills, and a better understanding of human behavior at large, as well as how to improve your own energy and demeanor, thereby improving others' impressions of you.
I would take Emma's course again and again (as I watch her videos quite often), and would fully recommend it to others who want to improve their social or business relations, and others' impressions of themselves. Emma offers a wealth of knowledge that can positively change your life- and she has significantly improved mine. Thank you, Emma!"
