MY JOURNEY TO BECOMING AN ETIQUETTE COACH
I was born and raised in the county of Gloucestershire, England, before relocating to London in 2002 to begin my career as a financial adviser in the City.
For over seven years, I had the privilege of working with an international clientele from many different cultural backgrounds.
As those professional relationships deepened, I began to notice a shared experience among many of my clients—a quiet uncertainty when it came to understanding British social customs and navigating the unspoken expectations of life in the UK. These conversations stirred something in me.
In 2010, I made the decision to follow a new path. I began my training with The English Manner, where I received my British Etiquette Consultant Certification in 2014.
I then worked with them on a consultancy basis for three years, representing the organisation in Shanghai, Beijing, and Nanchang. I was also honoured to develop and deliver a bespoke training programme for the staff of Fendi at their Rome headquarters.
Since 2015, I have been mentoring and coaching ladies through my own school, the Emma Dupont Etiquette School, based in the heart of London.
As a British etiquette expert, I’ve had the privilege of teaching over 500 women from 48 countries—sharing my knowledge of British social and business etiquette, cultural understanding, and feminine confidence.
I am a proud member of the Protocol & Diplomacy International – Protocol Officers Association, and remain deeply committed to upholding the global standards for certified etiquette consultants.
It is from this lived experience, and a sincere respect for tradition, that I created my in-person and online etiquette course—to guide others through this journey with empathy, elegance, and care.

The Monthly Online Coaching Sessions for our cohort are hosted on Zoom. Each month, you will receive a link to join the video call.
The schedule will be provided to students upon registration, with sessions held at a different time each month to accommodate various time zones around the world.
All calls will be recorded and uploaded to the Elegant Foundations Community within 24 hours, allowing you to watch the replay at your convenience.
WHEN DOES THE ONLINE COHORT COURSE START?
The cohort programme officially begins on the 1st of the month. However, as soon as you register, you'll receive access to the private Etiquette Foundations Community where you can settle in and prepare.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T MAKE THE LIVE MONTHLY ONLINE COACHING SESSION?
Emma will invite you to submit your questions before each Monthly Online Group Coaching session, and she will answer these questions during the call. Students can then watch the replay at their convenience.
