At 1 PM, Emma will escort you to The Ritz Hotel, London, where you will savour a three-course luncheon within the two Michelin-star restaurant to practice your dining etiquette skills. This experience is included in the course price.

You will gain an understanding of the different types of service used in the United Kingdom, along with guidance on chinaware, glassware, flatware, linens, and table presentation.
Particular focus is given to the British place setting, seating plans, and the correct handling of cutlery and glasses. Attention is also paid to napkin etiquette, approaching challenging foods with confidence, managing minor mistakes with composure, and understanding the conventions surrounding bills and tipping.
These principles are then practised during a hosted luncheon at The Ritz Hotel, London, where you will apply your learning in a formal setting, allowing etiquette to move from theory into lived experience with calm assurance and ease.

At 1.30 PM you will be given a thirty-minute break, which will then be followed by your graduation and presentation of a framed certificate of completion.

This module explores the tradition and refinement of British Afternoon Tea, combining historical understanding with graceful practice. You will learn about the origins of Afternoon Tea and the history of tea itself, alongside guidance on correct service and presentation.
Attention is given to appropriate attire, the structure of a traditional tea, and the etiquette surrounding sandwiches, scones, and patisseries. The module concludes with a guided tea tasting experience, allowing you to appreciate flavour, ritual, and restraint while enjoying this cherished British custom with confidence and poise.
