Online Courses & Memberships
Account Integrity
As part of the registration process, you will need to create an account, including a username and password. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and not misleading.
You may not create an account using the details of another person, use words that are the trademarks or property of another party, or use vulgar, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all actions taken through your account. If you suspect your details have become known to a third party, you must inform us immediately.
Your Order
When you place an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product or service, which is accepted once we have confirmed your account creation and provided access to the product or service.
We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where details are incomplete, unverifiable, or suspected of fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Product & Service Pricing
Payment is required in Pound Sterling by credit or debit card.
After successful payment and provision of your login details, you will receive lifetime access to the purchased course materials (unless a subscription applies).
For monthly subscription courses, the first payment is taken at registration, with future payments deducted monthly until the subscription ends. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
If you cancel before completing all instalments, access to course content (including previously studied modules) will cease.
If renewal fails, your account will be suspended and access withdrawn until updated payment details are provided.
Cancellation Rights and Refunds
If dissatisfied with an online course, you may request a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have attended or watched the replay of one monthly online group Q&A session. Refunds are processed within seven working days of acceptance.
Private Online Coaching
Private coaching sessions included in a membership must be used within 12 months of course registration.
In-Person Courses: Group
Full payment is required to secure your place. Please note no refunds or transfers are available; ensure your ability to attend before registering.
In-Person Courses: Private
Private one-to-one courses are scheduled by mutual agreement. Provisional dates are held for 48 hours (or 24 hours if within 14 days of delivery) pending full payment and registration. No refunds or transfers are available once confirmed.
Community Participation
In addition to these Terms & Conditions, participation in any of our in-person or online courses and all our online communities (including the Etiquette Beginners Community, the Etiquette Foundations Community, and the Finishing Circle Community) is subject to our published Community Rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. Key principles include:
Eligibility: Our courses and communities are designed exclusively for individuals outside the etiquette industry. This includes, but is not limited to, etiquette trainers, consultants, bloggers, content creators, or anyone sharing etiquette-related content publicly in any form (whether paid or unpaid, professional or hobby), or intending to use our materials beyond personal study.
Not Train-the-Trainer: We do not provide Train the Trainer certification programmes. Use of our materials for professional or public purposes (including teaching, coaching, publishing, or content creation) is strictly prohibited.
Misrepresentation: If it becomes clear that a participant is already working in, or preparing to enter, the etiquette training profession when registering, access will be revoked immediately and no refunds will be issued.
Transition After Study: Should a member later enter the etiquette training profession, they will retain access to purchased course recordings and materials (lifetime access); however, access to private communities, live Q&A sessions, and other ongoing membership privileges will be withdrawn.
Conduct: All members must respect the dignity, privacy, and focus of the community. Promotion, market research, affiliate links, or off-topic/unkind behaviour is not permitted.
The full community rules, which expand on these principles, can be reviewed here.
